Theme Park Outline:
The theme park will be divided into four halves, each intended to represent a different part of the Sly Cooper story--the PS2 trilogy, and Thieves in Time. Put together, thee four sections will resemble a diamond shape, built around a central model of the Eiffel Tower (which is a recurring landmark, as Sly lives in Paris). Although those who arrive at the front gate can go to either the Thievious Raccoonus-based section of the park or the Thieves in Time section, they will be guided by visual landmarks (such as the Cooper Van, and TV screens telling the backstory of Sly Cooper) towards the former. It is here that one's journey through the park will begin...
Thievious Raccoonus Attractions:
- Carmelita's Office: An information center, where newcomers can pick up maps and brochures detailing the park's attractions. It also acts as a coffee shop, with people able to grab a mocha and a donut if their drive to the theme park was a long one.
- Tides of Terror: A water-themed attraction that puts the guest in a car shaped like a mini-submersible, taking them through a presumably underwater section around the warship of the criminal machinist Sir Raleigh as they supposedly help Sly steal the fiend's treasure hoard before being launched into a classic splashdown.
- Mesa City Casino: A hybrid restaurant and showtime attraction, the guests can enjoy some classic American cuisine like burgers and steaks...and watch a stage show with Muggshot threatening to hold up the audience, only to have Sly and his friends start causing trouble for him...before Carmelita shows up to arrest the gangster bulldog.
- Mz. Ruby's Voodoo Swamp Tour: A combination of a water attraction and a haunted house, which the guest rides through on a car made to look like a high-tech hovercraft through a haunted swamp. While there's no splashdown involved, a combination of animatronic models and holograms simulates everything from voodoo spirits to a giant serpent!
- Kunlun Mountain Run: The first of several roller coasters in the park, in which the guest rides a roller coaster shaped like a Chinese fireworks rocket. The ride includes sprays of colorful sparks like real fireworks, and surroundings that simulate a snowy mountain in China.
- Clockwerk's Tower: A sort of gliding roller coaster and shooting attraction in the spirit of Buzz Lightyear's Star Command, Sitting in harnesses that simulate powerful jet-packs, the guests will be moved around a tall owl-shaped tower in the center of a volcano, Armed with toy ray guns, the guests will shoot at a number of moving targets, including robotic falcons and "lava slugs" before culminating in a battle with a massive animatronic robot simulating the malevolent robotic owl, Clockwerk.
Band of Thieves Attractions:
- Dimitri's "Greasy Sweet" Nightclub: A combination of restaurant, arcade, and nightclub, Guests can take a moment to relax here, enjoy some spicy meals, hit a disco-themed dance-floor, and unwind at a well-stocked arcade.
- Rajan's Jungle Palace: A walk-through attraction that takes place in a building modeled after an Indian palace in the jungle, with the player guests being invited to a party hosted by the spice-lord tiger known as Rajan...and recruited as undercover agents by Carmelita Fox. When they stumble across Rajan's hidden illegal spice smuggling, the tiger tries to kill them with a lightning-hurling staff (which is simulated by Telsa coils around the theater), but ends up getting foiled by Sly Cooper (who was seen dancing with Carmelita in disguise earlier).
- Escape from the Contessa's Prison: Another walk-through attraction, but one that requires quicker movement and dodging skills. This time, the guest has been trapped in the Gothic prison overseen by a corrupt Interpol warden--a black widow spider known as the Contessa. The guest has to find their way through the creepy maze, finding their way to the exit without being caught (and safely escorted out of the maze) by employees dressed like vulture guards.
- The Canadian Lumberjack Games: A series of classic carnival games based on the theme of a rustic logging camp in snowy Canada, guests are encouraged to try their luck at things like Whack-A-Log, log-rolling balancing (with a safety net to catch them if they fall), and a rock-climbing wall (set up to look like a rocky mountainside). All to the boisterous encouragement of shipping baron and logger Jean Bison.
- Arpeggio's Aerial Attack: An aerial attraction involving para-gliding, the guest is taken on a flight around Arpeggio's whimsical flying fortress, watching as a re-built Clockwerk soars around engaging Sly and Carmelita (piloting a helicopter) in a fierce dog-fight.
Honor Among Thieves Attractions:
- Octavio's Opera: A combination of walk-in attraction and restaurant, guests can take some time to take a load off while enjoying authentic Italian cuisine while enjoying the opera recital of Italian mafioso lion Don Octavio...at gunpoint. At least until Sly and his friends intervene.
- The Guru's Dreamtime Cavern: A ride that incorporates augmented reality in the spirit of the "Spider Man: The Ride" attraction at Islands of Adventure, with the park's guests wearing 3D glasses as they ride a cart through a mystical Australian cavern, watching as Sly and Murray help a mystical Guru capture a haunted mask containing an evil spirit after it possesses Carmelita Fox.
- The ACES Competition: A variation on the classic bumper cars ride, Only in this case, the cars are modeled to look like biplanes, each comes with toy machine "laser tag" guns to shoot at the other guests, and the whole arena is modeled to look like an aerial dogfight, including smoke machines to emulate clouds.
- General Tsao's Dragon Palace: A roller coaster that uses the waiting line to tell a story. Venturing through the palace of the villainous Chinese tyrant General Tsao, guests will watch Sly rob him blind, then escape Tsao's wrath by climbing into dragon-themed roller coasters and rocketing away from the palace.
- Pirate's Bay: A team-oriented "augmented reality" ride that takes place on a pirate ship. Sailing through a simulated ocean, guests must man "laser-tag" cannons to shoot at the bloodthirsty fleet of pirate parrot Captain Lefwee, The immersion will be bolstered with geysers of water shooting up around the ship, and the smell of gunpowder and flame.
- Dr. M's Laboratory: A walk-through attraction/maze that's based on a sci-fi version of a haunted house, with the guests being guided by Sly and Bentley through the genetics laboratory of mad mandrill scientist Dr. M, avoiding his mutant creations and watching as he confronts the thieving duo to try and steal Sly's cane.
- The Cooper Vault: A walk-through attraction, but one much more relaxed than Dr. M's lab, It's something of a breather, with guests walking through the lavish treasure hoard of the Cooper line while viewing the history of Sly's more infamous ancestors. It ends in a gift shop, with guests able to purchase Sly Cooper memorabilia.
Thieves in Time Attractions:
- Le Paradox's Museum: A walk-through attraction that takes place as more of a theater, with guests watching in a central area as Sly breaks into a museum owned by the skunk socialite Le Paradox. As the show continues, it becomes apparent that Le Paradox is targeting the Cooper ancestors through time travel, and throws Carmelita back in time as well when she comes chasing after Sly! The show culminates with Sly stealing a vital component for Bentley's time machine, and the Cooper Gang rocketing back in time to save the day as rat guards open fire in their wake,
- Rioichi's Ninja Academy: A full-contact athletics attraction, where guests bound across a series of "bouncy castle" buildings in an obstacle course modeled after ancient Japan, as part of "ninja training" from Sly's Japanese ancestor, Rioichi Cooper. There's also a sushi stand nearby for guests who want a bite to eat.
- Wild West Frontier Train Robbery: A combination of walk-through attraction and roller coaster, where guests are treated to Sly and his friends catching up with Carmelita and rescuing her before helping Sly's gunslinging ancestor, Tennessee "Kid" Cooper, rob a corrupt sheriff working for Le Paradox. From there, guests climb aboard a train-themed roller-coaster to escape pursuit from Sheriff Toothpick's men, rocketing through an exploding gold mine!
- Prehistoric Ice-Capades: A playground area for kids and older teens alike, simulating a prehistoric city in the ice age. Attractions include fake glaciers to climb up, a skating rink modeled to look like a frozen lake, a maze of cave tunnels with fake magma pools, a series of pterodactyl nests, and appearances from prehistoric cave-tigers and Sly's prehistoric ancestor, the hulking "Bob" Cooper!
- Medieval Archery Gallery: A full-contact shooting gallery hosted by the bombastic knight Sir Galleth Cooper, one that borrows elements from laser tag. The guests are given toy longbows with laser-emitters and sent through an obstacle course modeled after a castle in Medieval-era England, where they can rack up points by shooting robotic wolves while dodging the animatronic enemies' own lasers. It culminates in a "boss battle" against the robotic Black Knight, where guests must work together to disable the medieval menace!
- Arabian Flights: Another "breather" ride that eschews pulse-pounding speed for lush visuals and immersive music. Here, the guest joins Sly's crafty descendant Salim Al Kupar as he rides through ancient Arabia on a series of magic carpets, treated to exotic visuals as they watch the story unfold--Le Paradox's plan to forge royal documents, Sly and Carmelita going undercover as a pair of Arabian dancers, and finally confronting the mad musician elephant Mz. Decibel.
- Pursuit through Time: A climactic ride based on the "Back to the Future" ride at Universal Studios. Here, the guests climb into a ride that emulates the Cooper Van turned time machine, and go hurtling through an augmented-reality obstacle course as they pursue Le Paradox's time-travelling blimp across the eras! In addition to the wild ride itself, guests will see Sly dueling Le Paradox throughout the attraction, culminating in a pulse-pounding climax where the guests are able to rescue Sly from being lost in time; immersing them in the adventure to help save the day!
